Guest Policy

To provide a comfortable experience for all salon clients, we kindly ask that you DO NOT BRING EXTRA GUESTS WITH YOU WHO ARE NOT RECEIVING SERVICES. The service areas are reserved for guest receiving services only. Extra guest(s) will not be allowed in the service areas due to limited seating in the salon service area.

No Kids Policy

PLEASE NO CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED IN THE SALON, WITHOUT A CHILD SERVICE BOOKING. We understand it’s not ideal, but there are many dangerous chemicals and sharp tools in the salon which could harm your children. This is also a place for adults to relax so this policy is in place to ensure everyone is satisfied, but more importantly safe

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully require AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment price.
