Do I need to book for threading or waxing?
Walk-ins are welcome when we have a gap. If you're coming at a busy time, booking online guarantees your slot.
Do I need a patch test?
For tinting, lash lifts and lash extensions, yes, at least 24 hours before your first appointment with us. Threading and waxing don't need one.
Do you offer waxing for men?
Yes. Men's waxing has its own price list, from eyebrows to back and chest. See gents waxing.
Where do I find facials and laser?
Facials and peels are in the skin clinic, and laser hair reduction has its own page.
Can I have my appointment in private?
Yes. We have a private room for anyone who would rather not be on the open floor. Ask for it in the notes when you book, or message us beforehand. It's free and you don't need to explain.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to someone else.
