Those depend on the length and thickness of your hair. Your stylist confirms the price before starting, so there are no surprises at the till.

Yes, for appointments over £75. You pay it when you book.

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to someone else.

Yes. We have a private room for anyone who would rather not be on the open floor. Ask for it in the notes when you book, or message us beforehand. It's free and you don't need to explain.

Yes. Children are welcome as long as an adult is supervising them.

Between us we speak English, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi and Portuguese.

For tinting, lash lifts and lash extensions, yes, at least 24 hours before your first appointment with us. Threading and waxing don't need one.

As early as you can once you have a date. Message us on WhatsApp with the date and what you need, and we'll confirm what's available.

We recommend one. A hair trial and a makeup trial are each booked separately, so the look is agreed before the day.

Most people describe it as a warm snap against the skin. We adjust the settings to your comfort, so tell us at consultation how you usually cope with treatments.

It shows how your skin responds before we treat a full area. It's free, takes ten minutes, and has to be done at least 24 hours before your first session. You're also given written preparation and aftercare guidance for your skin and the area being treated.

Hair grows in cycles, so most people need 6 to 8 sessions and some need more. Our full body course is 8 sessions, about four weeks apart. We'll give you an estimate at consultation, not a promise.

Women aged 18 and over who are new customers. Full body covers everywhere except the face. Men are welcome for laser too: single areas are priced per session, from £40. See the full body offer.

Give us at least 24 hours' notice and we'll rebook it. With less notice, that session is lost from your course.

The full body launch price ends on Monday 30 November. From 1 December it's £180 a session, or 8 sessions for £1,400. If you buy the 8-session course by 30 November, all 8 sessions stay at £950.

Laser gives long-lasting hair reduction: less hair, finer and slower to return. Individual results vary, and most clients come back for occasional maintenance.

The price list shows the areas on our menu today. Other areas are treated too, so ask at consultation and we'll price yours.

We don't carry out laser during pregnancy. If you're breastfeeding, tell us at consultation and the practitioner will advise.

That's what the consultation is for. We look at your skin first, then recommend a treatment or a course.

It's usually planned as a course of three, which is why the course prices are shown. We'll confirm what's right for your skin at consultation.
