Do I need to book, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome when we have a gap. Booking is the only way to guarantee your stylist and your time, and it takes under a minute online.
Why do some prices say “from”?
Those depend on the length and thickness of your hair. Your stylist confirms the price before starting, so there are no surprises at the till.
Do I need a skin test before a colour?
You may, before your first colour with us. Message us before you book and we'll tell you.
Which products do you use?
Kérastase and L'Oréal Professionnel. We stock both, so you can take home what we used.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes, for appointments over £75. You pay it when you book.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Can I have my appointment in private?
Yes. We have a private room for anyone who would rather not be on the open floor. Ask for it in the notes when you book, or message us beforehand. It's free and you don't need to explain.
Can I bring my children?
Yes. Children are welcome as long as an adult is supervising them.
