What this website does with your information. The short version: very little.
Who we are
This website is run by Glam & Go Training Academy Ltd, trading as Glam & Go, Unit 21, Treaty Centre, High Street, Hounslow TW3 1DH. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration ZC148655.
This website
This site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no forms. We don't collect anything about you when you browse it.
The map on the home and contact pages is the one exception. It stays switched off until you press “Show the map”, and only then does it load from Google, which may set its own cookies.
When you book
Salon bookings are made on Fresha and clinic bookings on Phorest. When you book, those services collect your details on our behalf and under their own privacy policies. We use your booking details to provide your appointment, send reminders and keep the treatment records we are required to keep.
When you contact us
If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we use your details to reply and to deal with your enquiry. We don't sell your information or pass it to anyone for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we aren't required to keep it. Email zuhayr@glamandgolondon.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
